Every treatment plan begins with an in-person consultation and assessment. That is where your skin is seen properly, your questions are answered and your price is set in writing.

Booking online does not take a card payment. Payment is made in the studio, so nothing is charged until we have seen you.
Before you book
- Please allow up to two hours for your first visit, so your consultation and first treatment are never rushed.
- Bookings are taken at least 48 hours ahead, which matches our cancellation window.
- Give us 48 hours' notice to move or cancel and your payment carries over in full. See our booking and cancellation policies.
- Final pricing is confirmed after your in-person assessment. See how pricing works on our pricing page.
- Because results build across sessions, most clients do best on a plan. We recommend yours after your first treatment.
- If you are unsure whether treatment suits you, book anyway; the consultation is exactly where we work that out, honestly.
Results vary. Suitability depends on skin type, scar type, scar age, treatment area, lifestyle factors and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required.
